Do you accept returns?
Our physical products are made on demand. This is an exciting way to limit our environmental footprint and eliminate unnecessary waste. However, it also means that we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. If a product is defective or you have a special reason for wanting to make a return, please contact us at hello@cottagecorners.com for assistance.
My order is defective or damaged. What do I do?
If an item in your order arrives defective or damaged, please email us at hello@cottagecorners.com for assistance. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no additional charge.
I’m not sure what size to order. Can I order 2 sizes and return one?
Unfortunately, since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for this reason. If you need help selecting a size, please email us at hello@cottagecorners.com for assistance.
I placed one order, why did it arrive in multiple shipments?
Since our products are made to order, we’re able to source a wider variety of products from multiple manufacturers. Your order might be fulfilled by more than one manufacturer so you will receive it in multiple shipments. Don’t worry, there is no additional charge for multiple shipments.
My order arrived in multiple shipments. Am I being charged for extra shipping?
No, you will not be charged additional shipping.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Right now we are only shipping within Canada but we plan to expand to the USA soon. If you’re in another country and want to order our products, please send us an email to let us know! We can always be reached at hello@cottagecorners.com
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
Our products are made to order by several different manufacturers. Lead times can vary between manufacturers so while some items can be shipped within a few days, others may take longer. We know this can be inconvenient and we appreciate your patience. Choosing this method of fulfillment means we are able to offer a wider selection of products without the risk and cost associated with more traditional selling. This helps us tremendously as a small business and we are so grateful for your support <3
